We want you to be 100% stoked on your new shades, so we offer a 45-day window for returns and exchanges on all domestic orders. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose Your Path

  Select whether you would like to exchange your eyewear for a fresh style or return them for a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original Blenders box or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
